Terms of Service

LeadLeak Recovery provides operational diagnostics and recommendations for business lead capture and follow-up. The service does not guarantee revenue, rankings, calls, reviews, or customer purchases.

Diagnostic Scope

Diagnostics are based on available public information, customer-submitted details, and approved access when provided. Recommendations are practical business guidance, not legal, accounting, tax, security, or compliance advice.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, their own business decisions, and approval of any implementation work, account access, messaging, or changes to third-party systems.

Messaging And Outreach

Any SMS, email, review request, or follow-up workflow must be used only with proper consent and in compliance with applicable laws and platform terms.

Refunds

If complete diagnostic intake is submitted and the paid Revenue Leak Diagnostic is not delivered within 24 hours, the $49 diagnostic fee is refunded. Implementation work, subscriptions, or third-party platform costs require separate scope and approval.
